WEDDING DAY
This is not just a 'party' with vows, dinner & dancing. We work with you to skillfully craft and then record this unrepeatable chapter. Getting married with SOBED Creative means more than just images - it's the peace of mind that art will be made from each and every moment.
MORNING
Morning: Keep your prep space as clean as possible and organize your details, florals + wedding wardrobe so everything is out in front when we arrive. Ask hair and make up to remain away from main windows as we need these spaces to utilize the lighting for all detail and getting ready shots. Have a ‘go-bag’ put together with all your essentials for touch-ups, etc.

EVENING
Evening: If you don’t already, we highly recommend you designate someone on your wedding team or in the bridal party to help keep an eye on you both and your needs throughout the reception. The next most important thing is to remember to eat! Very often you will be bombarded with guests wanting their chance to say hello, chat, take selfies, etc. and if you’ve got a guest count over 50, this can be inundating. As your photographer, I promise you have a bunch of moments ahead of you and we want you to be fed, hydrated and at socially happy levels so you not only feel your best when we make our rounds with our lenses but also get to enjoy every aspect of the rest of the night!

TIMING
I generally aim for late morning/early afternoon for these sessions. Family comes in all sizes and ages so I do know that we want everyone rested, fed, and well hydrated before the session. I can also be highly flexible based on where you are traveling from and when the baby wakes from their nap so do not worry about me. I bend and stretch to keep it the most comfortable for all parties, no apologies necessary.

MATERNITY + NEWBORN
This is a two-step package where we celebrate two separate moments in this amazing journey. We will use a collaborative method to find what works for both you and baby. Lots of attention to wardrobe and styling efforts are key to bringing out the magic in this experience.
